   Daily care & routine

- Private resting area for each dog with a comfy bed, blanket and favourite toys.  

- Feeding on your schedule with your supplied food or our tailored meal options.  

- Regular walks and outdoor time, supervised play sessions, and one‑to‑one attention from our team.  

- Daily morning and evening updates with photos and videos so you always know how your pet is doing.

 

   Health, safety & staff

- 24/7 health monitoring and a vet on call at all times. Special care plans for puppies, seniors and dogs with medical needs.  

- Experienced, trained staff including groomers and a behaviourist (kinologist) to support wellbeing and behaviour.  

- Strict hygiene: regular cleaning and disinfection of all areas. Secure, fenced outdoor spaces and controlled access to premises.  

- Insurance coverage for stays.

 

   Who we cannot accept

- For the safety of all guests and staff, we do not accept aggressive or non‑social dogs. All admissions are subject to assessment and prior      agreement.

- Extra walks (single or paired), extended walk durations

   Pre‑admission requirements (mandatory)

- Before arrival every owner must complete our pre‑admission information form. This collects essential details about you and your dog: health and vaccination records, daily routine, temperament, any medications, special needs, emergency contacts and behavioural notes.  

- The form is mandatory — it helps us provide safe, personalised care and ensures a smooth, stress‑free stay for your pet.  

- Please also bring your dog’s regular food, favourite toys, bedding and vaccination documents. We recommend a short pre‑visit for nervous or first‑time guests.

     Standard boarding (24 hr)

- Standard overnight boarding: from £55 per night (includes 1 walk per day) — price varies by dog size

     Walks & daycare

- Full park walk (30 min): £12 per dog  

- Two dogs walked together (30 min): £16  

- Dog walking (60 min): £20  

- Daycare (no overnight): £6 per hour

   Grooming & spa

- Professional grooming: from £45

    Training & play

- Behaviourist / training session: from £30 per session  

- One-to-one playtime: £15 per 30 minutes
